Last updated: 1 January 2026. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the BistroNova website or making a reservation.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BistroNova website (bistronova.com) and all services provided by BistroNova SARL ("we", "us", "our"), registered in France with company number 123 456 789, and located at 24 Rue des Gourmets, 75007 Paris, France. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from BistroNova. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at our discretion, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund of any deposit paid.

For tables of 6 or more guests, and for all special events and private dining bookings, a credit card guarantee or deposit may be required at the time of booking. Details will be provided at the time of reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation or amendment to your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of €30 per person for standard reservations.

For private events and special event bookings, our cancellation terms are outlined in your individual booking contract. In general, cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless the booking can be resold.

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

We take dietary requirements and food allergies extremely seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we make every effort to accommodate all requirements, we cannot guarantee that dishes are entirely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen environment.

5. Gift Cards

BistroNova gift cards are valid for the period stated on the card from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards may be used in full or in part, and any remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.

6. Dress Code

BistroNova operates a smart casual dress code. We request that guests refrain from wearing sportswear, beachwear, or clothing with offensive imagery. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, menus, logos, and design — is the property of BistroNova SARL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BistroNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking or service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the date of last revision. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
