BistroNova was born from a singular dream: to create a space where classical French culinary tradition meets the vibrant energy of modern gastronomy. Founded in 2010 by Chef Antoine Laurent in the heart of Paris's 7th arrondissement, our restaurant has grown from a modest neighbourhood bistro into one of the city's most celebrated fine dining destinations.

Every dish we serve is a reflection of our deep respect for ingredients, technique, and the stories behind the food. We work closely with small-batch farmers, artisan producers, and sustainable fisheries to ensure that every element on the plate is sourced with intention and care. The seasons guide our menus, and the land and sea around us inspire our creativity.

2010

BistroNova Opens

Founded by Chef Antoine Laurent in the 7th arrondissement, BistroNova opened its doors with a vision to redefine Parisian fine dining.

2013

First Michelin Star

Recognised for culinary excellence, BistroNova was awarded its first Michelin star � a testament to the team's unwavering dedication to craft and quality.

2018

Expansion & Renovation

A new private dining room and wine cellar were added, allowing us to host intimate gatherings and expand our celebrated wine programme to over 400 labels.

2024

Chef's Table Launch

Exclusive 8-seat chef's table experience launched, offering guests an immersive front-row view of the kitchen and a bespoke tasting menu curated by Chef Laurent himself.
